Wordof (“we”, “us”) operates the website at wordof.app. This site is an early-stage concept; the only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily submit through our waitlist form. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights over it.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and the optional details relevant to your interest (for example your city, availability, or, for brands, your company and audience). We also record the time of submission. We do not collect any audio, calls, messages, or conversation content of any kind.

Analytics and cookies

To understand how the site is used, we use a privacy-focused product analytics tool (PostHog, hosted in the European Union). It sets first-party cookies and collects usage data such as the pages you view, the links and buttons you interact with, your approximate location, device and browser type, and a randomly generated identifier. We do not sell this data or use it for cross-site advertising, and we do not link it to your email address. If you prefer not to be measured, most browsers let you block cookies, and many content or ad blockers stop analytics from loading.

Why we use it

We use the information you submit solely to contact you about Wordof: to let you know when the waitlist opens in your area, to follow up on a brand enquiry, and to share relevant updates about the project. We use analytics only to improve the site. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How it is stored

Submissions and analytics are processed and stored using reputable third-party hosting, analytics, and notification providers that act on our behalf. Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards. We keep it only for as long as needed to operate the waitlist, understand site usage, and respond to you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to withdraw consent, or to object to our use of it.
